And Rothko! We used to email about Mark Rothko. Hehehehe.

And in re-reading my entry, I realize I forgot to add Java applets to the list of crimes against humanity. Oops.

Anyways, I was going to say that there's design in writing and business as well, it's just not visual design. But in all cases, there's a purpose, a target audience or market, and some structure that can be manipulated to help or hinder your purpose and connection to your target audience/market.

Touche!

Rich and lush environments are better served by visits to actual locations (for example, Maui) rather than websites, but I may be too much of a simpleton about design.

I think you know where your creative processes are, and that's why you have kept up your interest in all types of designs including web. My creative processes on the other hand is more text-based and business-based, hence the serial blogging and serial entrepreneurialism.

Remember how we used to email about minimalist style templates and Frida Kahlo? Man, those were the old days.
