Democratic Presidential Primary Yada Yada Yada

The political ads have started airing in Pennsylvania, even though the (closed) primary is still a month away.
Just in time for me to officially be tired of primary season. The longer people wrangle about whether or not Clinton landed amidst sniper fire or whether or not Obama’s pastor is an America-hating racist, the more I am reminded of this.
Things About Pittsburgh

No matter how long I’ve lived here, there are certain things about Pittsburgh that I will never get used to. Things that become especially apparent after I’ve just returned from a long stint away.
For example, the Pittsburgh Left. I understand the usefulness of the practice, especially since there are a lot of high-traffic places with no left-turn lanes. In theory, the Pittsburgh Left keeps traffic flowing by letting the left-turning person go, instead of blocking traffic. In practice, it feels like people just turn willy-nilly with no regard for oncoming traffic or pedestrians.
